Non-Exposed Urethane

JH-NT

This product is elastic two component poly-urethane paint. It shows superior durability, elongation and tensile stress.

Color : Green, Grey, Black
Used : General rooftop of building and parking slab to prevent water.

Safty storage

1. Avoid the sun that storaged at the normal temperature(5~38℃).
2. Because it is reactive with moisture containning air, it is better to using up after opening.


Coating instructions

1. Surface preperation
(1) The surface must be cured sufficiently.(over cured 28days at 20℃)
(2) Removed moisture, oils, grease out from the substrate.
(3) Suitable PH of concrete is 7~8.(water content is under to 8%)
(4) Cracked or penetrating piped section would be grooved and sealed with sealant.
(5) Removed protecting and aged part with grinder.
2. Primer coating
(1) Coat primer a couple of times at the rate of 0.2~0.3kg/㎡
(2) Recommended recoating interval is 4hrs over times at 20℃
3.1 Middle coating(One step)
(1) After 6 hours in 25℃ on primer(under coat), another mixture of base and the hardener at a weight ratio of 3:1 must be prepared according to the exact calculations of the amount applied per coating area and thickness 1.5mm
(2) An electronic mixer(above 800RPM) is recommended.
(3) The mixture is poured on the surface then spread out by a rake to 1.0mm-2.0mm thickness.
(4) The above procedure must take place quickly considering the pot life (15 minutes between the mixing and leveling) to prevent bubbles beneath layers. Bubbles may result from the increase of viscosity in the pass of time.
(5) A thinner sprayed onto the surface may also remove bubbles.
3.2 Middle coating(Two step)
(1) After 24 hours in 25℃ at one step, another mixture of B part and A part at a weight ratio of 3:1 must be prepared according to the exact calculations of the amount applied per coating area and thickness 1.5mm
(2) An electronic mixer(above 800RPM) is recommended.
(3) The mixture is poured on the surface then spread out by a rake to 1.0mm-2.0mm thickness.
(4) The above procedure must take place quickly considering the pot life (15 minutes between the mixing and leveling) to prevent bubbles beneath layers. Bubbles may result from the increase of viscosity in the pass of time.
(5) A thinner sprayed onto the surface may also remove bubbles.
